SERVICES: Pressure Washing

Pressure washing can be divided into three major areas:

1. Decks & Wood structures

Preparation cleaning - Thorough cleaning in preparation for repainting or restaining. Aggressive removal of dirt, grime, mildew, algae, moss, old finish and stains.

Finish cleaning - Careful finish cleaning to remove surface dirt, mildew, moss & algae without removing the finish.

2. Masonry and Landscape Elements

Preparation cleaning - Aggressive removal of dirt, grime, mildew, algae, moss, peeling paint and stains to repaint these surfaces.

Finish cleaning - Careful to aggressive finish cleaning to remove surface dirt, mildew, moss & algae. Most masonry allows rather aggressive cleaning with no damage to surface. This type of cleaning could be done on painted or unpainted masonry.

3. Exteriors (including detached buildings)

Preparation cleaning - Thorough cleaning in preparation for repainting or restaining. Aggressive removal of dirt, grime, mildew, algae, moss, peeling paint and stains.

Finish cleaning - Careful finish cleaning to remove surface dirt, mildew, moss & algae, without removing the paint. Things get really dirty in the Northwest and it is a good idea to keep them clean. Walks and driveways get slippery and dangerous, if not clean. We are available for all types of pressure washing. Just call us.
